After almost 3 months absence, the run500miles web site is back in operation. The problem with the internet for me is a near complete ignorance of how it all works. The program I always used was a good 8 years out of date and no longer supported, so the whole site just stopped working and it has taken an age to get it back up again. Hopefully it will be better from now on.
