A good long run

At last it feels as if a reasonable marathon time is possible. Felt a bit under the weather, and of course the weather was once again bitterly cold, but set off at a reasonable pace.
The first 10 miles passed quite nicely, not quite in a zone but reasonably effortless. There were the most people on the track from Bishop to Brandon than for months. Spring is stirring winter sloth. Lots of cyclists and walkers but only a couple of runners.

The last 5 miles were much more of an effort. Just felt tired and achy, but plenty of running. I wonder if am about to come down with something.
